Populate Product Attributes within Playbook Questions!

Introducing a new capability that seamlessly integrates product attributes into playbook questions to elevate your product selection process.
Until now, sellers could view the product attributes associated with each product during the product selection process. 

Now, we enhance this functionality by adding these attributes to the Product-Selected table.

Here's how it works: Administrators will define a playbook question with an ID that matches the product attribute name. Then, the system will automatically populate the playbook answer with the corresponding product attribute value. This enhancement supports all product attributes, including number, text, text list, and date.

This allows for a more streamlined and intuitive product selection process.

New Feature Alert: Answer Referencing

Introducing Answer Referencing, our convenient new feature!
Designed to address the challenge of managing identical answers for multiple Playbook questions.

Currently, administrators have to set the same answer individually for each question, which may be time-consuming and repetitive. With Answer Referencing, admin users can create direct links between specific answers and other questions. Allows to easily update and manage answers across multiple questions simultaneously, making the Playbook management more efficient. 

Additionally, this feature is visible to sellers too! Ensure that when a seller changes a Playbook answer referenced elsewhere, all other answers using that reference will be automatically updated.

Upgrade your Playbook experience with the new Answer Referencing feature to simplify the process of managing answers for multiple questions.


New Email Notification for Quote Approvals

Introducing a new email notification to quote owners! This new feature will send an email to the owner of a quote every time an approver clicks to approve the quote.
This new feature is designed to keep quote owners informed about the progress of their quotes.
To access this new notification, users should go to their user settings and select the notification preferences. From there, they can choose to subscribe to the new email notification for quote approvals. Once subscribed, they will receive an email notification every time an approver approves one of their quotes.


DealHub is now integrated with Slack

Exciting new capability! DealHub is now integrated with Slack to provide users with an efficient and effective way to manage their deals and keep track of important updates without switching back and forth between multiple platforms.

This seamless integration enables stakeholders to receive important DealHub notifications directly to Slack, such as proposal status updates, approval requests, DealTalk comments, and DealRoom updates.

These notifications are actionable! Allowing users to perform actions, approve or reject requests and reply to comments without leaving the Slack platform.
To make the experience even more personalized, DealHub also offers users to manage which notifications they want to receive.
