DealRoom - High-Resolution/High-Performance Loading Mode

Introducing a new feature for DealRoom publishers: the high-resolution/high-performance loading mode toggle.

This option allows publishers to choose between faster loading with compressed images or slower loading with original, high-resolution images.

The setting will only come into play when DealRoom is unable to automatically detect the client/user’s bandwidth quality in real time.

Launching Across-organization Approval Dashboard

Introducing the Approval Workflow Dashboard, a new functionality that provides additional visibility and control over your organization's approval process. With the Dashboard, designated users can now view all of your organization's active workflows.

The system also enables access rights to be assigned to provide users with the appropriate permissions to Approve or Reject a quote on behalf of the original approver, as well as dynamically Delegate an approval stage to other stakeholders.

Dashboard also has the ability to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your approval process by setting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), with configurable thresholds that can be tracked and managed.

For more information on this functionality refer to Approvals Dashboard

Reset Password

Now Admins can easily assist forgetful users in need of a new password to their CPQ.

The 'Reset Password' is a new feature enabling Admins to reset the password for users. Using this feature, Admins can grant users a new one-time password, which users can then update with their own new password.

The new password can be sent by email or manually by the Admin.

Feature: User Management - Reset Password

Max Discount as a Formula

Admins can now use a formula or refer to questions from the playbook to define the max discount for a product instead of assigning a fixed number. This new capability provides flexibility in establishing discount thresholds based on a number of variables, based on the unique business case.

Feature: Products - Product Pricing - Max Discount

External queries available now for all 3rd party software

Incorporating data from 3rd party software is, at times, important for the quote preparation process. Up until now, the DealHub platform only supported dedicated queries with specific CRM solutions, allowing companies to query data from these platforms into the playbook and to create all sorts of calculations and conditional rules based on the data received.

Now, DealHub opens up its query ability to all 3rd party solutions, allowing customers to query any platform (including billing solutions, ERP platforms and more). Admins can now choose to configure playbook questions and calculations based on data from these platforms directly instead of relying on data flows between these solutions and the CRM.

Contact DealHub customer support to enable this functionality.

Show Numeric attributes in a 'Totals' Row

When configuring the pricing table widget in an output document template or DealRoom template, the administrator can now choose to show the proposal/product attributes in the 'totals' row.

Proposal attributes are data points that are calculated per product and are relative to the quote being prepared. Examples include: ARR, MRR, Start Date, End Date among others. You can now sum up the total of numeric and/or currency attributes for display in the quote preparation as well as in the output documents and DealRoom.

When enabled, you will be able to select the specific proposal attributes for which you would like to calculate the totals. As this feature only works with attributes of the number/currency types, you can select to present a text alternative for any other type of attribute or to remove those attributes from the total line altogether. The system will not summarize product factors (duration/quantity).

Feature: Output Document / DealRoom Editor - Pricing table

DealHub Gong Integration Announcement

Great news! DealHub is now natively integrated with Gong. This partnership provides previously unavailable deal intelligence and improved revenue predictability. DealStream analytics are now embedded into Gong Forecast to enrich data on customer interactions throughout the sales process, and provide a complete scope and deeper understanding of deal health and pipeline risk.

This new integration enables pushing engagement events from DealHub into Gong, where they're displayed in Gong's activity timeline for DealHub and Gong mutual customers.

The Gong integration setup is relevant only for DealHub customers who are also Gong customers and use Salesforce CRM.

Introducing: Modifiable Bundle Factors

Summary Bundles can now be modified!

The product factors of Products Summary Bundles (the type of bundle where the pricing of the bundle is calculated by a summary of the products contained within it) can now be modified by the sales team if the system admin chooses to allow it.
When creating or editing a bundle, the admin can select which products to make modifiable, allowing the users to change the factors of these specific products when generating a quote.

Feature: Products - Bundles - Create/Edit products summary bundle

* This feature is not enabled in the 'Fixed Price Bundle'.

Special Factors Formula

Determining and configuring pricing factors using a fixed value requires an admin to create and maintain multiple special factor assignment rules, each one to fit a different scenario.

The release of the special list price factor formula allows the admin to consolidate multiple scenarios with calculated factors into one line, at times reducing tens or hundreds of static factors.

Feature: Price Factor -> Special Factors

Hide/Display Question Group Name

Each playbook question group can only support one type - either single or repeatable (as a table or not) - which leads to complexity in the user experience with certain use cases. Admins can now choose to hide a question group's name, creating the illusion of merging the question group with the one before it and supporting multiple question types (repeatable questions, tables, single questions) under one unified topic or display name.

Feature: Playbook -> Question Group -> General Settings
