Enhanced Product Selection

We are excited to announce the latest addition to our product filter. This new upgrade allows you to sort and filter products based on specific attributes, making it easier for you to find what you're looking for.

You can now search for products based on criteria such as industry, size of the organization, geographical location and more. Simply select the attribute you want to use as a filter, and our platform will show you a list of products that match your criteria.

In addition, admins can define the product filters as part of the general settings of the product group. Filters can be defined by various attributes (for example, Hardware/Software, specific models, SKU, etc.) thus significantly narrowing down the list to relevant products only.

Moreover, we have also made improvements to our user interface, making it even more user-friendly and intuitive.

DealRoom Facelift

We are excited to announce a new UI facelift and features for the DealRoom product.

One of the significant changes is the new smart navigation menu, designed to make it easier and quicker for you to find the information you need. It's intuitive and user-friendly, making navigating DealRoom a breeze.

Additionally, we have added a new community page that enables you to view all members from both the seller and buyer sides. It's a great way to keep track of who is involved in your deals and reach out to them if necessary.

Finally, we have introduced a new member details modal that enables members to view and update their personal information quickly. You can now edit your information, including your name, email address, and profile picture, all in one place.

We are thrilled to introduce these new features and improvements to DealRoom, and we hope you enjoy using them as much as we enjoyed building them.

Rule-Based Workflow: Approve Based on Role or CRM Data

We are excited to announce the improvement of our rule based Workflow configuration.

Apart from the existing feature capability of specifying explicit approvers by name, the admin can now also specify approvers based on their role in your organization or based on dynamically provided information from your organization's CRM system. This enhancement expands the capability of our Rule-Based Workflow and allows for a more efficient approval process.

Run Approval Workflow Always

We’re excited to announce a new configuration enhancement to our ‘rule based workflow’ feature!

Administrators can now configure a workflow rule to run every time a quote is submitted, regardless of whether it’s the first time the proposal has been submitted or if it’s a quote that was duplicated from an older quote that was already submitted and approved. Upon quote duplication and submission, the approval workflow will run even if there are no changes to the approval value in the duplicated quote.

This configuration is particularly useful when a stakeholder wants to review and approve every single proposal that comes in, regardless of what changes were made.

Syncing Quote Submitter Comments to CRM

We are pleased to announce that administrators now have the ability to map the quote submitter comment field in CPQ to a corresponding field in your CRM system. This will allow you to sync this important piece of information to your CRM, ensuring that your sales team has access to the latest insights and feedback from your customers.

Set percentage-based price as dynamic

When setting a list price that is calculated as a percentage of another product's pricing, you can now configure it as 'dynamic', giving your sales team the ability to increase the list price during the proposal generation process. This is particularly useful for large and custom orders, allowing your sellers to easily adjust the price based on the customer’s needs.

We hope this new feature will help you better manage your product pricing and give you and your sales team the flexibility to adjust prices quickly and accurately.

Duplicate versions across environments

We are thrilled to announce that administrators can now effortlessly duplicate versions across  environments without the need to link their account to each individual environment. This significant update enables admins to duplicate a version to any environment within their account’s domain, without requiring any additional setup. This streamlined process empowers admins to work more efficiently, saving valuable time and effort.

Pricing Table - Shared Element

A new improvement has been introduced that aims to reduce workload for administrators during initial configuration setup and maintenance. This enhancement involves the ability to configure a single pricing table that can be used in multiple output documents and DealRoom templates. The purpose of this feature is to save time and simplify maintenance when making changes to the pricing table within templates.

Now, administrators can create a pricing table that includes all necessary conditions and settings. This single table can then be added to multiple document templates, eliminating the need for manual duplication, ensuring consistency, and accuracy throughout all templates.

Build Product List Price Based on Other Product(s) MSRP

When setting a list price that is calculated as a percentage of another product's pricing, you can now select that it be based on the MSRP (Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price). This allows for more accurate pricing for your customers, with the added benefit of having a consistent pricing structure across products.
