Configure pricing tables at ease

Setting up and duplicating numerous pricing tables for your sales team is a hassle. Now it doesn’t have to be. You can easily configure rules that will determine which pricing table columns will appear in the output document and DealRoom.

Validate every quote

Now you can add additional guardrails by adding a validation rule when your sales rep ‘submit’ a quote. This feature will help you add logic to the entire quote and not just the line items. 

You can also configure error messages so reps know how to fix the issue.

Empower Sales to Group their Own Product Bundles

Sometimes, your sales team needs you to configure and group one-off product bundles for them. This process slows you down, but now it’s improved and completely streamlined.

When putting together a quote, your sales reps now can group line items together and roll them up into a single bundle. The buyer will see the bundle as a single line item and your team, from within your CRM, will be able to analyze the product items that went into that bundle.

Localize dates and numbers

Professionalism is key in today's global market. Now, you can define the appropriate date and number format, in the generated document, based on any rule.

You can configure the date and number format rules in the Localization Settings.


DealHub for Channel Sales

We’re excited to announce that you can now streamline and standardize the sales process for your channel partners. DealHub’s “Create a Quote” button can now be embedded within your Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system.

Daily Reminder for Pending Signatures

Here’s one less roadblock to closing deals: you can trigger a daily email reminder listing all pending approvals assigned to that approver. 

How to configure:  Go to your version, click on “Advanced Settings” and then “DealRoom Settings”. Add one or multiple signers by selecting the relevant names. You can see this illustrated in the GIF here

Freeze Columns in a Table

Now you can keep columns visible while scrolling through a table.

How to Configure: 

Go to Question Groups in your Playbook Settings and select General Settings. Then, in the “Freeze columns” dropdown menu at the bottom of the General Settings, select the column you want to freeze. You can see this illustrated in the screenshot below.


Redirect Users After eSignature

The Buyer’s Journey doesn't just end after the Deal is signed. Now you can redirect users to your website, payment processing, or any other page after they sign a deal. 

Also, add custom text so Buyers will be able to see a Call to Action with a Hyperlink when they return to the DealRoom that will send them to the appropriate redirect page.
