Admins can now add internal notes directly in the Playbook questions.
Notes are no longer limited to the ‘Conditional Answers’ tab, making it easier to provide context or guidance across all settings.
We’re excited to introduce two key updates designed to enhance your experience when managing proposals across multiple systems:
When duplicating an offer in a multi-system environment, the question group will be accurately copied with all playbook-updated questions. Now, the offer summary will also retain any manual changes from the original offer, ensuring that critical modifications carry over—saving you time and effort during duplication.
Reordering multiple offers within a multi-system proposal is now more intuitive! With the new drag-and-drop feature, you can quickly rearrange offers, and the updated sequence will automatically sync across all related documents, giving you greater flexibility in structuring your proposals.
These enhancements create a smoother, more efficient workflow, giving you better control and flexibility when managing proposals across multiple systems!

Effortless Reordering
Questions can now be reordered easily. Simply click on the row number of any question and type the desired row number to move it instantly to the chosen position. This makes adjusting the sequence of questions quicker and more intuitive.
Improved Question Insertion
When creating a new question or duplicating an existing one, it will automatically appear directly below the selected row. This eliminates the need for manual adjustments, ensuring new or duplicated questions appear exactly where intended.
Admins can now configure External Validation rules alongside existing internal checks.
How it works:
All validations (both internal and external) are executed upon proposal submission, ensuring all necessary checks are completed before proposal is sent for approval or ready to be shared with a buyer.
If validation fails, the external system sends a failure response. In such cases, admins have the flexibility to:

We added a dedicated tab for product filters so you can easily switch between settings tabs within the modal for improved usability. We have also created predefined presentation rules for product selection filters.
Instead of having to open a modal and manually select individual items, you can now easily retrieve external query data with just one click with the new External Object features, which include predefined presentation rules for the external object option.
To configure this feature, go to Playbooks> Specific Playbook> Question Groups> Specific Group Settings.
Introducing a fresh design for the advanced pricing rule section a new field for specifying the price rule name, enhancing the overall user experience.
