HubSpot - Ability to synchronize draft Proposal to the Deal

Now, when configuring a draft proposal in the CPQ system, the seller can synchronize proposal details with the Deal in HubSpot CRM before this proposal is submitted. This synchronization ability needs to be enabled by the admin via the HubSpot Settings screen.

When such proposal synchronization is enabled, the draft proposal will feature a ‘Save & Sync to CRM’ button in addition to the regular ‘Save’ button.

     - Delete Products: Delete either a specific product or all products from the specified draft version of CPQ.

HubSpot - Synchronizing Data to CRM

Need more proposal-related information in your HubSpot CRM?

As of now, administrators can set a configuration to synchronize proposal workflows and/or proposal playbook data (questions and answers) with their CRM. Synchronization enablement is done on the HubSpot Settings screen.

Feature: Version Settings -> Advanced Settings -> HubSpot Settings.

Additionally, once synchronized, this information could be seen via HubSpot CRM cards.

Note: This functionality can be utilized by accounts with a HubSpot Enterprise license. If the HubSpot CRM license differs from Enterprise or if your organization reaches the maximum limit of custom objects in HubSpot, the CPQ version activation will fail.

HubSpot - synchronizing line item factors to CRM

Out-of-the-Box, when CPQ synchronizes proposal information into CRM Deal, it synchronizes the multiplier of all factors defined on the product line item, so that the total net of the line item will be presented/calculated correctly. From now on, an admin can also add an explicit mapping of each factor to the custom field on the CRM side.

Feature: Version Settings -> Products -> Settings -> Product Factors

DealRoom's IBAN validation

We are happy to introduce IBAN Validation in DealRoom

After successful validation, the system displays enhanced details of the provided account.

Simply add an 'IBAN field' to your DealRoom template using the form widget, and you're good to go.

Import from Excel Group

A new way to import! Sellers can now easily import data from Excel into proposal tables with the help of a user-friendly template and robust validations. This streamlined process is guided by a step-by-step wizard that ensures accurate and error-free data entry.

The wizard identifies potential errors and allows users to skip problematic rows, enabling them to import the data and receive a comprehensive error report at the end. This report is a valuable tool for sellers, highlighting specific issues that require attention and allowing them to correct errors and re-upload the data efficiently.

Introducing proposal and DealRoom default naming with parameters

We're thrilled to announce a new enhancement enabling users to set account and opportunity names as default values for proposal and DealRoom naming. In addition to the existing feature allowing admin users to predefine proposals and DealRoom names using preset text, this update provides greater flexibility in the naming process by giving users the ability to leverage parameters. With this improvement, users can now establish parameters for default proposals and DealRoom names, leading to a more efficient and streamlined user experience.

To set the default names, go to System Settings --> Quote section.
