Dynamics 365 users: Syncing General Proposal Attributes to Dynamics 365

Various general attributes of the line item (like 'list price', 'total discount %' etc) can now be synced back to Dynamics 365. This is especially helpful if you sell multiple bundles as it provides full visibility of the bundle source for every product (Line Item) sold.

How to configure: Open your “Products” page, open “Actions”, click “Settings” and then click the “General Attributes” tab. Click “Add attribute”, and select the relevant attribute and where you want it to sync to. You can see this illustrated in the GIF here.

Create Multiple Pricing Tables

Now you can separate pricing for multi-year agreements or split up pricing tables by any proposal attribute. Add context-specific language for each unique table for more clarity.

This feature is available whether you’re generating a DealRoom or any other document.   

How to Configure: 

Go to Table Settings and find the “Filter line items” tab. To choose the attribute you want to filter, select it in the “Select proposal attribute” drop-down menu. Don’t forget to press “Done”. You can see this illustrated in the screenshot below.


Freeze Columns in a Table

Now you can keep columns visible while scrolling through a table.

How to Configure: 

Go to Question Groups in your Playbook Settings and select General Settings. Then, in the “Freeze columns” dropdown menu at the bottom of the General Settings, select the column you want to freeze. You can see this illustrated in the screenshot below.


Either/Or Capability for Approvals

Sometimes you need approval from just one person, but it can be any one of several people. Now, for added flexibility, you can assign multiple potential approvers to your workflow.

To configure this for yourself, go to your “General Workflow” settings, and in the “Request approval of” dropdown menu, select the relevant people who can provide approval.


Redirect Users After eSignature

The Buyer’s Journey doesn't just end after the Deal is signed. Now you can redirect users to your website, payment processing, or any other page after they sign a deal. 

Also, add custom text so Buyers will be able to see a Call to Action with a Hyperlink when they return to the DealRoom that will send them to the appropriate redirect page.

Dynamics 365: Synchronize Playbook Answers & Approval Workflows

Now you can sync more data points to your Dynamics 365 from DealHub. Sync Playbook answers and Quote Approval Workflows so you can have one source of truth in your CRM to track responses and add more custom rules from your CRM. 

To configure this feature go to ‘Dynamics 365 Settings’ and mark Yes for ‘Synchronize DealHub answers into quote?’ and ‘Synchronize approval workflow information?’

Add Appendices to your DealRoom Contracts

Now the Sales team has the ability to add and merge additional documents into their contract in the DealRoom. Sales teams can now consolidate everything into one contract for them and their customers. 

Uploading appendix documents is easy!

Admins: To activate this new feature, easily configure it in the DealRoom template:
