Hide questions with conditions

Further streamline the sales process. Now you can add business logic to decide when to hide or show questions during the guided selling process.

Feature: Playbook question - General setting

Delegate Existing Approvals

Now you can delegate existing approvals too!

Someone getting sick or moving companies should not create complete chaos. Now you can easily delegate not only their future approvals but also their EXISTING approvals.

Feature: 'User Setting' - 'Delegate Approval'

Add relevant teammates and teams to every DealRoom

Bring the right people from your team to create a unique team selling experience.
You, as an admin, now have the option to assign specific teammates on every deal. And you can configure this option based on rules. For example, you can choose to assign your CRO to be part of an enterprise DealRoom and not a mid-market DealRoom.

Configure at: Version Settings → DealRoom Settings →  Auto-join Rules.

Get a Custom Domain for your DealRoom

Put your brand front and center in every DealRoom - yourbrand.dealhub.io.

Speak with your customer success rep to customize your DealRoom's domain. P.S. This only works if you migrated to DealHub for Salesforce v2 Connector.

Configure pricing tables at ease

Setting up and duplicating numerous pricing tables for your sales team is a hassle. Now it doesn’t have to be. You can easily configure rules that will determine which pricing table columns will appear in the output document and DealRoom.

Feature: 'Pricing table’ ->  'Configure rule based presentation'

Sync DealRoom Status to Your CRM

Now you can get more data about the status of your DealRooms directly into your CRM.

  • DRAFT - DealRoom Unpublished or Quote is ready to be sent
  • PUBLISHED - DealRoom is live
  • PARTIALLY_SIGNED - Someone signed, but the DealRoom isn't fully signed yet.
  • WON - Everyone signed!
  • EXPIRED - Quote EXPIRED and DealRoom is PUBLISHED.

You can configure the sync in your CRM Settings page, under Output DealRoom Fields Mapping.

Validate every quote

Happy New Year!

Now you can add additional guardrails by adding a validation rule when your sales rep ‘submit’ a quote. This feature will help you add logic to the entire quote and not just the line items.

You can also configure error messages so reps know how to fix the issue.

Feature Tab: 'Workflows' -> ‘Submit Validation’
